From the moment I walked into the office and met with Heather I knew I wanted to live here! She was so welcoming and full of knowledge! My apartment is everything I could have hoped for and more! Everyone here on staff is super nice and helpful!!! The grounds are super neat and well kept and the pool area is magical!!!

Our first time renting experience was made incredibly easy thanks to Heather and the team at the waldon. During the entire process her communication and patience is part of the reason we decided to go with this complex. Since the complex is brand new, there were some growing pains but they were alleviated almost immediately such as a bad water heater. All in all i couldn’t recommend this complex enough.

My partner and I had a tour with Heather and she was absolutely amazing!! She answered all of our questions, got straight to the point with our budget and made sure to meet our expectations and MORE! We just signed our lease and are SO thrilled to be moving in!The property itself is beautiful and we love all of the extra amenities that comes with it.

Since the very beginning The Waldon and its staff have been pleasant and proactive in assuring that my partner and I continue to have a peaceful stay at our new home. Heather started us off strong with making sure we had the perfect unit for our life. Sara followed suit by helping us with each need we ran into while having a contagious joyful spirit. Lastly Nicole, property manager, is the BEST!!!! We always love catching up and talking about our favorite tv shows. The Waldon has always made us feel safe and secure as we start our journey in Melissa. We truly feel us residents are priority and that staff will help in anyway they can if there are any issues.
